As an Artificial Lift Engineer mainly focusing on ESP/PCP, my role encompasses a wide range of Oilfield Petroleum Engineering Activities from- Reservoir and Well performance Analysis using Nodal Analysis :- To find out the factors which has a direct impact on the Production Decline of wells in a field and report them - Real Time Monitoring and troubleshooting of ESP/PCP :- To look into the important real time Analogs from Down hole gauges in an ESP and determine the problem for action to be taken before failure.- Perform Extensive Diagnostic Analysis of ESP/PCP :- To find out the root cause of detrimental production of ESP/PCP wells and compare it to the Theoretical Production so as to find out the biggest under performers in an entire field using Well Test data and Real Time data.Also looks at possible opportunities in increasing Production by use of a Variable Speed and looking at its pros and cons in terms of Gas ,Abrasives and Mechanical limitations.- Designing/Redesigning an ESP installation based on the oilfield Environment :- To select the optimum set of ESP equipment by looking at the actual down hole environment so that the system performs at its peak efficiency reducing downtime and creating profit.- Deliver training's, Marketing Presentation and provide Consultation to clients on Weatherford Production Optimization software LOWIS ( Life of Well Information Software) for Smart fields.- Create naturally flowing and Artificial Lift well models using Integrated Well modelling softwares for performing Diagnostic Analysis on I-field wells.
