I’m grateful for the experience and mentorship I received from each member of the team, and I look forward to applying what I’ve learned as I continue my career in HR.-Sourcing and Screening: Actively participated in sourcing (non-IT) potential candidates and conducted thorough screening processes to ensure alignment with company requirements specifically for Malabar Gold and Diamonds and EHAM Digitals.-Interview Coordination and Conducting Interviews: Coordinated interview schedules to streamline the recruitment process and conducted both in-person and telephonic interviews, strengthening my understanding of candidate assessment.-Application Screening and Assessment: Conducted thorough application reviews to shortlist qualified candidates, developing a keen eye for matching talent with the needs.Additionally, I had the opportunity to present to a group of MBA students on the importance of employability skills and the critical role college-level placement cells play in preparing students for career success.

Proud to have completed my internship at AAI Cargo Logistics & Allied Services Co. Ltd., Mangalore International Airport, where I got chance to engage in a variety of tasks that give me hands-on experience in logistics, supply chain management, and airport cargo logistics operations. And get to work on real-world projects, contributing to the efficiency and effectiveness of cargo handling and logistics processes. This exposure helps me to understand the complexities and dynamics of the logistics industry, including aspects such as inventory management, transportation, warehousing, and regulatory compliance in a short period of time.
