• Research in various suppliers in the health sector market for the best offers in terms of:* Quality of equipment* Prices* After sale Service* Availability* Reliability* Delivery time & area* Flexibility of Payment • Responsible to ensure that the Group orders less costly hygienic materials without reducing their quality and therefore, the service to the clients/patients• Coordination of time and delivery of materials/equipment and prediction of new orders• Assessment of requests by the hospital and Medical centers by ensuring that they are in coordination with limitations, restrictions, and company policies, as well as in line with availability of funds according to the department’s Director guidelines • Conduct of controls concerning the appropriate use of hygiene materials in the various hospitals of the Group in cooperation with other company’s departments• Evaluation and monitor of terms and conditions in the offers to ensure compliance with contracted obligations• Responsible for reviewing, evaluating, verifying, processing invoices and reconciliation of accounts in collaboration with the accounting departments
