As a Customer Experience Representative at CGS, I provide high-quality support and solutions to clients across various industries and channels. I leverage my Licentiate degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from Universitatea „Alexandru Ioan Cuza” din Iași, as well as my team leadership and management skills, to deliver exceptional customer service and satisfaction. Before joining CGS in 2022, I was the President of PRIME Iași, a student-run organization that promotes entrepreneurship and innovation among young people. I also served as the VP of HR, where I oversaw the recruitment, training, and development of over 100 members. I am passionate about creating positive and lasting relationships with customers, colleagues, and partners, and I strive to continuously learn and improve my skills and competencies in the field of customer experience and human resources.
