Aim to ensure that the product or service an organization provides is fit for purpose, is consistent and meets both external and internal requirements. This includes legal compliance and customer expectations. Coordinates the activities required to meet these quality standard. Monitor and advise on the performance of the quality management system, produce data and report on performance, measuring against set standards. Liaise with other managers and staff throughout the organization to ensure that the quality management system is functioning properly. Where appropriate, advise on changes and how to implement them and provide training, tools and techniques to enable others to achieve quality standards. Responsible for the implementation and management of the Constructor's Quality Control Program, including the coordination, performance and execution of construction inspection and testing services for the project. Responsible for assuring that the quality of the work meets or exceeds the project's contractual requirements, and maintains the standards of excellence established by the Joint Venture.

Coordinate communications and efforts between GREF PNG PFC Project (Technical Team) - ExxonMobil PNG Limited and Contractor Leighton PNG Limited (LPNG) to develop the Documentation handling.

Ensure DFO requirements are understood by all Project personnel and Sub-Contractors and Vendors/Suppliers.

I was employed in this role with the responsibility for 6 direct reports. Overall in-charge of the Document Control Center for all documentation, including Incoming and Outgoing Document Transmittal to and from All Subcontractors, Company, YOC-CJJV and YOC-Company

• Over all in-charge in Documentation Department at DCC (Document Control Center) Prepared and arranged all Document Transmittal to Subcontractor, Clients, and Main Office to (YOC) Yokohama Office Center, and (POC) Paris Office Center. Engineering Drawings with the latest revision, Correspondence, Vendors Manuals, Electronics Files, Incoming/Outgoing documents and submitted to the any related Department, and to all Sub-Contractors of exposure to handling for Painting / Insulation, Civil / Structural, Piping / Mechanical and Electrical / Instrumentation and anyone involved in constructions works.
