Currently looking to branch out into an administrative position and gain more experience in an office setting. My almost four years of experience as a Training Store Manager in retail have provided me with many skills that apply to many areas of my life. I accomplished a lot in my time with Earthbound and was given many opportunities to travel, learn, and grow both professionally and personally. I helped open new store locations, train entire new teams, create and edit training resources used company-wide, all while managing and maintaining my own store location in Appleton, WI. During my last year with EBT, I was a Training Store Manager and was sent multiple external store manager new hires for other locations in the company to train in my store for about a week. I have learned to work extremely well under pressure and adapt quickly in fast paced environments. My communication skills improved greatly through many years of personnel accountability and team work. I am driven by my desire to help and assist others and ultimately to have a positive impact on people daily.
