Responsible for design of IBM Smarter Planet Public Safety solutions for cities. Integrate IBM Solutions with Partner Solutions to prepare the complete solution stack on Instrumentation, Interconnection and Intelligence.Primarily engaged with State Police Departments, Ministry of Home Affairs and Intelligence departments. Also extended the solution to large factories, manufacturing facilities and critical infrastructures.

Responsible to understand client business requirements and architect the overall solution which meets all client requirements. Own the end-to-end solution strategy and the cost model for the complete contract duration.Responsible to grow IBM pre-packaged solution offerings for SO business. These offerings are new and are focused to replace custom solutions with pre-packaged, standardized and proven solutions. Partner World had significant business contribution by porting new solutions, performance enhancements of existing apps and benchmarking applications.Server consolidation and workload consolidation were key focus areas.
