As a Senior Method Engineer at The Arab Contractors, I am in charge of the station and tunnel construction method for the metro line 4 project, a major infrastructure development in the region. I work with a team of engineers and technicians to design and implement heavy lifting procedures, formwork and shoring systems, temporary works, and site installations, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency. I also analyze the various plans and specs, and coordinate with the production teams and the client.Previously, I worked as a Method Engineer at VINCI, where I was responsible for the viaduct construction method for the Cairo Metro line 3 Phase 3 Project, a €1.1 billion contract. I developed and planned the methods for piles, pile caps, ramps, piers, pier heads, and segments erection, using Autodesk Robot Structural Analysis, AutoCAD, and Navisworks. I also managed the logistics and strategy for utilities investigation along the viaduct, and contributed to the successful completion of the project on time and within budget.I graduated from Engineering in 2016, with a focus on Structural Engineering. I have strong skills in Revit Structural, ETABS, and AutoCAD Civil 3D, as well as a keen interest in innovative and sustainable solutions for urban mobility and transportation.
