Background verification - Client Coordinator Role: ❒ Initiating employment background screening for all the potential Hires.❒ Coordinating and following up with vendors in completing the background verification process on critical and aged cases.❒ Coordinating with the recruitment team and Hiring Manager for Background screening process and responding with status.❒ Managing background screening for M&A projects (Merger and Acquisition).❒ Handing client requests (Issuing letters to our client on employees BGV as per ordering document)❒ Management of Discrepancy by coordinating with candidate and vendor and collecting the required documents/information.❒ Management of aged cases by coordinating with vendor and candidate for closure.❒ Identifying errors by vendor and communicating to resolve the issue.❒ Educate the recruiters/hiring managers on the process of background check and support required to complete the case without delay.❒ To provide weekly reports to Manager on individual cases which are beyond turnaround time and review for decision.❒ Involved in training new team members.❒ Backup in absence of other team members❒ Take ownership to resolve vendor issues and to escalate issues to the Vendor Account Manager if need be for action and follow up.❒ Responding to the ex-employment verification.

Background verification Role: ❒ Handling employment background checks for the candidates hired at client place.❒ Verifying the employment experience of candidates from their past employers via calls/ mails to concerned HR.❒ Handling East Countries employment background checks❒ Conducting supervisor verification❒ Handling senior profile calls❒ Calls to be made for language barrier cases❒ Management of discrepancy by probing HR.❒ Ensuring productivity, SLA and Quality.
