Located on Chelsea Manor Street, Cheyne Terrace is a very prestige and high end private residential building. Day to day operations included me assisting leading a team of five to ensure the smooth running of building daily operations such as parcel management, contractors and daily maintience. Ensure all spreadsheet and documents were up to date and working alongside the Resident Manager to ensure that all invoices, quotes and quires were dealt with in a timely and professional manner, as well as, dealing with any day-to-day issues that should arise whether it be via email, phone or in person, in a polite and positive manner.

Part of the start-up team for South Quay Plaza in Canary Wharf’s brand new 5* luxury high rise private residential building. Day to day operations included parcel management, ensuring the safety of all residents and customer assistance. Engaging and collaborating with the night duty managers and security to ensure to smooth running of the night operation. Dealing with any situation that may arise professionally and efficiently in order to exceed expectation and creative a positive and safe environment

In my job role as Covering Cruise Director:I administer overall cruise operations including, daily announcements, entertainment planning, and customer assistance. I engage and collaborate with entertainment director on regular basis to deliver effective entertainment activities via meeting and exceeding expectations. I make daily announcements involving general and safety announcements across ship’s PA system. I devise and implement efficient measures to oversee safety and wellbeing of over 5k guests in compliance with company policies.Highlights of Key Achievements: Credited to host main show of ship including 10K+ guests leveraging best practices. Attained the highest NPS score via assisting and directing cruise operations across all 26 ships in the fleet for three consecutive weeks. Awarded as team leader of the month twice and number one cruise director, while ensuring maximum productivity and profitability.

In my job role as Senior Fun Squad/Assistant Cruise Director:I directed day-to-day projects and functions across cruise involving, bingo program, comedy club, and lip sync battle. I trained and developed team to ensure smooth upselling of bingo cards while accomplishing monthly target. I assisted duties as PA to lead and supervise shiprocked- charter cruise, in collaboration with charter director of an independent company. I initiated and ensured high end services for charter cruise to sustain and grow business with potential client while achieving targeted goals.Highlights of Key Achievements: Leveraged expertise and resources to acquire team leadership of the month, four times in a row. Promoted to position of cruise director within a year via boosting turnover and delivering excellent performance in line with set standards. Generated optimal revenue and enhanced overall profit via executing Bingo program for five months across all 26 ships in adherence to rules and regulations.

In my job role as Fun Squad:I controlled various programs and hosted multiple shows for guests across ship including: trivia quizzes, games, and karaoke. I performed several duties such as resolving queries and assisting support staff, as well as provided prompt solutions to ensure utmost compliance with quality standards. I created and improvised numerous entertainment activities in an efficient manner while acquiring the highest level of appreciation from guests.Highlights of Key Achievements: Secured position as number one comedy club host across fleet for a period of four months straight. Nominated as team member of the month, successively within a year via delivering effective performance throughout in a timely manner.  Elevated guests experience via developing new and efficient policies and RFF (SOP) for on-board karaoke program in association with team members.

In my job role as Personal Trainer:I delivered services as personal trainer across Carnival Victory & Elation in accordance with cruise policies and procedures. I also organized and conducted fitness/training seminars via devising various strategic initiatives for over 6k people. I instigated and marketed successful detox program to increase revenue via assisting guests during sessions.Highlights of Key Achievements: Qualified and nominated as team member of the month twice via maintaining high productivity metrics.  Executed robust sales strategies and achieved monthly target of $15K as well as maintained it for three consecutive months.

In my job role as Personal Trainer:I steered multiple tasks on daily basis such as client assistance, accounts management, and personal training sessions. I aided in gym maintenance on regular basis including, equipment maintenance and cleanliness in adherence to health and safety rules/standards. I supervised various daily functions comprising of opening and closing of gym and managing incoming/outgoing cash. I interacted and engaged with numerous clients on regular basis to expand cliental base and ratio.Highlights of Key Achievements:• Conducted 26 PT sessions on monthly basis while focusing on assisting 15 fitness trainees per class.• Accredited as team member of the month for five quarters while ensuring utmost adherence to organization’s set objectives.• Communicated and built alliances with PT clients to drive business growth and revamp fitness facilities for studio classes.
