I do consider my major achievements are in developing business with government entities and setting the internal structure to proactively fulfill the market requirement by developing the organization competitive edge.

Company Overview: BLU Communications is part of Al Rayess Group a holding based in Riyadh KSA with divers business portfolio ranging from Construction to Agriculture. Al Rayess Group operates in USA, England, Tokyo and Korea. BLU Communication is established to first handle the group communication requirements in the region and eventually internationally.Personal Role: As the Managing Director my mandate was to set up the required offices in the region starting by Riyadh office. My responsibilities covered all managerial, functional and operational tasks, which gave me a wider perspective in startup challenges and adversities. My major achievements was to set BLU communication as one of the major advertising agencies competing with existing multinationals. Achieving this objective was through intense focus on developing BLU Communications brand recognition and delivering on company value proposition.

Company Overview: One of the leading business media and publishing houses in Lebanon with more than 14 publications a year focusing on the business sector. Infopro is the house of Business Week Arabia and Lebanon opportunities. Personal Role: As the Sales and Marketing Manager, I am entrusted with a team of 12 sales executives, responsible of all Advertising Sales of Infopro publications. My major achievements were developing strong relationship with key advertisers and advertising agencies, as well as coaching the sales team.
