- Preparing medical affairs plan for therapeutic areas aligning with business strategies, Regional & Global medical strategies.- People management of two medical assignees through “Develop to Win” program.- Certified Medical Reviewer responsible for revision & approval of promotional material.- Provide Medical support keeping sales and marketing teams updated with latest scientific data related to products & disease.- Partner with other internal stakeholders like market access, regulatory affairs, global clinical trial organization, pharmacovigilance, business support ... etc. to help realize the organization’s objectives & Unmet Medical needs.- Management of epidemiological study “RECAP Study” acting as liaison between MSD & clinical research company.- Management of regional events in collaboration with other countries in MEA region.- KSL/KDM Management.- Responsible for CRM System & dashboards for the Medical team.- Budget Planning and Resource Management for Diabetes TA in accordance with the Country Medical Affairs Plan.- Internal Team Basic Medical training for the new comers.- Response to scientific queries and other external communications.- Management of any scientific sessions either in MSD Meeting or Local congress.
