George Babits is a lawyer, investor, entrepreneur and venture capitalist. He is the Founder and Principal Lawyer at BABITS LAW Professional Corporation, and Counsel at Soble & Associates. He has been in private practice for more than 25 years.Mr. Babits is a Venture Partner with Ocean Azul Partners, an early stage venture capital fund based in South Florida, as well as Vice-Chairman of QYOU Media, a fast-growing global media company that curates, packages and markets premium content from leading digital video creators for multiscreen and multi platform distribution, currently reaching more than one billion consumers around the world.He also served on the Member Advisory Committee of Tiger 21, North America's premier peer-to-peer learning network for high-net-worth wealth creators. Headquartered in New York City, Tiger 21's 1200 Members collectively manage personal assets of more than $160 billion. Mr. Babits is a member of the Law Society of Ontario and holds degrees from Western University (B.A. Economics) and the University of Ottawa (J.D.). He has also completed the Certificate Program in Negotiation and Leadership at Harvard Law School.
