I have over thirty seven years of experience in the metal trades. In addition to machine building, I troubleshoot and repair equipment, mostly associated with metal fabrication and assembly machinery. This would include the upgrading and refurbishment of the equipment mentioned above.I am also proficient in the welding and restoration of all tooling associated with the above mentioned machinery and processes.This would include machining such as milling, surface grinding, and turning.I have conceptualized, designed, and built several machines and ancillary equipment for the improvement of current machines and processes. This would include the sizing and procurement of all structural materials, mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic components. Welding of machine bases, laying out machine beds for the mounting of tooling and components.
