Established and managed all parts operations in the new company, including parts ordering, inventory management, pricing, sales through service, parts wholesales, parts sales over the counter, and parts sales to fleets and authorized workshops.

GM1- Cairo Parts Workshop 2- Alexandria Parts Workshop 3- Aga Parts Workshop4- Hurghada Parts Workshop5- Luxor Parts WorkshopMain responsibilities:- Managed parts operations in all MCV workshops all over Egypt- Developed and monitored the inventory replenishment cycle in the “Workshop Central Parts Warehouse” to achieve minimum stock outs without affecting turnover- Managed warehouse processes, including weekly and monthly stock taking procedures- Set the training plan for employees- Evaluated the parts team performance on a monthly basis according to the performance evaluation system and the yearly performance appraisal- Prepared the annual parts budget & target and developed KPI’s for the whole parts operations cycle

(Mercedes-Benz purchasing – Non MB foreign purchasing - Local supply purchasing- Chinese product purchasing - Warehouses – logistics and documents follow up). •Responsible for following up the with all these section in order to achieve the best performance (goods should be in the right place, right time, right price + achieving both reasonable turn over and higher Service level “Availability”).•Responsible for setting and following up the target agreements with Mercedes Benz. (Both Qualitative + Quantitative)•Responsible for choosing the items which will enter the SNP "Special Net Price" program.•Responsible for making the annual Selling Price calculation Report which affects on the warranty factor.•Responsible for filling the Key Figures. (MB marketing requirements).•Monitor and manage stock levels - demand and logistics. •Preparing a monthly reports about our stock status.(sales - stock - slow moving items - lost sales - monthly turnover ) (Using IDIS as a Dealer Management System).•Responsible for setting the parts ordering system and strategy.•Responsible for evaluating our parts prices.•When we had the warranty auditors, I was responsible for preparing the requested data from the parts side.•Responsible for developing and upgrading the parts program to make the data clear and available for everybody with just a single click. (With the help of our IT department).•Coordinating with other departments (accounting, marketing……..)•Meeting suppliers and negotiating terms of contract (purchase amount - Credit limit - grace period - discount margin – consignment) in order to ensure best value purchasing terms are obtained.• Organizing promotional activities with supplier (product bundling - sales promotions - special offers - stands - samples - exclusives - etc….)•Maintaining relationships with existing suppliers and sourcing new suppliers for future products.

• Studying and analyzing parts availability and monitoring parts inventory levels using IDIS as a Dealer Management System• Ordering parts from Mercedes Benz using StarOrder, EkOS and OmniPlus. (as a web based ordering systems)• Following the Orders using SCOT as a Mercedes Benz tracking tool.• Using VeDoc for parts technical support.• Professional user of EPC (Electronic parts Catalogue).• Pricing parts according to our pricing policy.• Studying parts shortage problems and recommend solutions.• Studying orders discrepancies. • Calculating Turn Over and Service Level.• Preparing Initial stocks for the new Models.• Working as a key contact person form MCV side.• Preparing and Ordering the Accessories from Mercedes Benz using ODUS as a web based catalogue for Mercedes Benz accessories.• Attended the inventory Stock taking for the past 3 years.

• Responsible for Far East section (Taiwan – China) of aftermarket spare parts as follow :o Studying Egyptian market needs.o Setting plans for every season (summer, winter) according to the market needs.o Searching for new suppliers and exporters all over the world to achieve better quality and lower price.o Contacting suppliers, studying prices (estimated costing) And Negotiation process (Prices, Quality, Shipping and Payment terms).o Documents (Invoice, Packing list, Bill of lading & Bill of insurance) review + checking the legalization of the documents.o Following up the goods till the arrival into warehouse.o Following up the payment with supplier and with the financial department.o Contacting suppliers in case of any problem occurs. o Preparing studies on the stock, sales.
