- Performed technical implementation of Celonis platform and business value identification across a multitude of processes and source systems- Stood up data integration and ETL jobs between Celonis and customer source systems (Snowflake, Oracle Fusion, SAP ECC, ServiceNow, SalesForce, Monday.com, PEGA, etc.)

- Acted as primary client relationship and project owner for multiple workstreams- Effected change on multiple SaaS applications to enhance customer experience- Created ETL pipelines and Tableau dashboards that enabled executive clientele to track key performance indicators, SLA performance, and identify historical trends

- Created interactive dashboards utilizing SQL, Microsoft Excel, and Tableau to provide metrics on 1,000,000+ rows of data- Provided process improvement strategies to standardize protocol across multiple testing branches- Performed extensive data analysis utilizing Microsoft Excel and SQL on 1,000,000+ rows of historical testing data to generate valuable status metrics for client- Drove client facing meetings on a regular basis to gather project requirements and showcase deliverable progress- Worked primarily in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, ServiceNow, and SQL- Functioned as client relationship owner for multiple workstreams- Prepared and delivered project status deck and process improvement deck deliverables to clients on a daily basis- Conducted data analysis utilizing SQL and Microsoft Excel on billing metrics for FY19 and FY20 to forecast projected costs across multiple Bureaus- Held high responsibility rolls in driving the Authority to Operate (ATO) process for two ServiceNow systems

Performed demographic and housing research for different regions in the Virginia, D.C., and Baltimore area in order to assess profitability of potential development projects. Would tour and work at development sites in MD & VA.

Manufactured aluminum based water treatment products such as Aluminum Sulfate, Aluminum Chloride, Sodium Aluminate, and Poly-Aluminum Chloride. Gained firsthand experience working in a large factory setting. Helped with the development of a new plant and process to build PolyAluminum Chloride. Also set up flow meters, recorded daily flow readings, helped with electrical wiring in plants, and conducted daily Specific Gravity/Baumé readings for Aluminum Sulfate.

Participated in and helped plan various events for the Annapolis area and helped procure donations from various institutions for auction items at our galas.
