I joined Simplex IT Solutions as part of my university placement scheme and worked with them for that year, during my final year and full time after leaving university. Daily duties involved checking and maintaining business system servers, infrastructure and workstations with a variety of industry leading hardware and software. Through this I have been able to acquire a knowledgeable understanding of various server types, domain environments, networking hardware and VoIP systems.

During my time at Sytech I worked as a Forensic Analyst, specifically in the pre-imaging department. This involved keying down important information and readying devices for initial imagining.

I worked at Alton Towers for 4 separate theme park seasons. It was a front facing leisure role that gave me extensive knowledge and experience in customer service and brand promotion. Whilst working there I picked up key skills such as Fire Evacuation training of up to 300 people. I spent 3 seasons as a venue operator and had up to 9 team members working with me throughout the day, I organised break rotas, team morale and problem solving when needed.
