Manage and assist on projects in the coating department. Assist in the maintenance and management of the equipment in the coating department.

Leadership of as many as 23 to 11 team members in the production of high performance sputter magnetron vacuum deposition coatings. Six Sigma team member responsible for ongoing continuous improvement initiatives. Experience includes, but is not limited to: -Console operations for two BOC-Airco high vacuum sputter magnetron deposition flat glass coaters. -PM supervisor/coordinator -Trainer/Mentor to numerous coating process control technicians. -Certified Coating Quality Technician. -Certified Coating Maintenance Technician. -Advisor to engineering and maintenance. -Leadership of numerous Special Teams on continuous improvement initiatives for tempering, coating, insulating, laminating and customer service projects.

Worked on the instalation and set up of the G-86 coater.-Set up machine to be able to coat all Viracon coatings.-Train all operators on set up and operation of machine.-Develop SOP's for machine operation.-Help with the dovelopment of VRE coatings.

Function as a control technition on a vacuume sputter deposition glass coater and as a back up supervisor. Worked on the instalation and expantion of all G-70 coater equipment. Work on development of double silver low e coatings for the G-70 coater. Worked on the development of antireflective coatings for the G-70 coater.
