I have a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology and a diploma in System, Networking, and LAN/WAN Management/Manager from Tishreen University. Since Jun 2020, I have been working as a Network Technician at SHAHIN TOWER HOTEL, where I troubleshoot network problems, replace and install network devices, and fix computer hardware and software issues. I have strong skills in help desk support, information technology infrastructure, and network services.In my current role, I work with the IT Manager and the IT team to ensure the smooth operation and security of the hotel's network and systems. I also provide technical assistance and guidance to the hotel staff and guests, resolving their queries and complaints in a timely and professional manner. I enjoy working in a dynamic and customer-oriented environment, where I can apply my technical knowledge and problem-solving skills to deliver high-quality service and support. I am always eager to learn new technologies and techniques, and I am motivated by the opportunity to contribute to the hotel's success and reputation.
