I am an experienced Automotive Electrical, Networks and System Integration Engineer with experience leading teams in the integration of systems and complex issue resolution. Typically I use my experience to work with stakeholders to quickly and efficiently identify the required course of action whether in product delivery, integration or fault resolution. My interpersonal and communication skills permit me to work with all manner of stakeholders from customers, engineering teams, senior leadership and suppliers on many levels. Career highlights so far include solving various issues either in the customer domain or with a risk to delivery, implementation of standardised analysis tools to support issue identification and classification and the design and implementation of network breakout harnesses and method of data capture to provide an engineering interface for the entire vehicle portfolio at Jaguar Land Rover in engineering and at global retailers. Leadership experience I have includes supporting apprentices to determine and deliver a complex learning plan, assessing and assisting team members to bring about personal growth and leading a cross functional task forces setup to remedy complex emerging concerns across the business.My previous experience also includes working as an automotive electrician in a premium automotive OEM workshop with varied work to include prototype, engineering and customer vehicles, utilising all levels of tooling from engineering, manufacturing and service.
