Assigned to the Pilgrim Dry Cask, Pool to Pad Contract, by Entergy. Owners representative responsible for Monitoring Production Work Requests and Documents: Monitor daily pre-job briefs, craft qualifications, work instructions, production and document usage, identify and monitor witness inspections, hold points including Entergy assigned critical step verification and sign-offs. Assisted contractor supervisor's with safety walkthroughs by conducting observations of work, looking for safety violations, and opportunities for improvement; Assist QA by tracking rework, non-conforming conditions, deviation reports. Production Coordination: Assist with heavy lift procedural compliance, material moves by tracking moving material from work stations and operations; coordinate material paperwork and tagging procedures; assist with quality control and fabrication procedures. Work with overnight Entergy Shift Supervisors to coordinate shift turnover: Provided feedback and recommendations to the contractor supervisors regarding personnel qualifications to the appropriate jobs based assignments.

Provide timely reports to Senior Management and the station on the status of the project and progress on project goals. Manage project closeout upon completion, including an analysis of the project's success. Manage project budget of significant cost, high risk and significant stakeholder visibility. Manage processes to ensure project includes all work required to include: Initiation, Scope Planning, Scope Verification, Scope Change, Work Planning, Project Walk Down, Safety and Human Performance OE / Safeguards. Manage Shaw Plan of the Plan outage planning milestones from T-10 through T-6, T-3, and T-1 team / readiness assessments.Entergy, Pilgrim Nuclear Power Station 2010-2011 Work Control Supervisor; duties included coordinating and supervising RFO-18 outage planning activities, schedule development, cost and man-hour projections. Ensured work packages included Shaw Critical Attributes, Entergy Critical Maintenance Steps and Lessons Learned (OE) information. Participated in all Entergy Table Top and Challenge meetings and interfaced with PS&O being proactive in efforts to achieve Entergy and Shaw performance goals. Site Manager; responsible for the planning and execution of a $22mm Security Modification in accordance with 10CFR 73.55. This modification included construction, installation and testing of associated security equipment including 11,000 lf of Detection Fence, IDS Detection System, VBS Blocks, Camera / Camera Towers, (2) MAC-8’s custom security portals and an ARINC Integration System with design capabilities to detect, assess, interdict, and neutralize threats up to and including the design basis threat of radiological sabotage are maintained at all times.

Work Control Supervisor; responsible for managing RFO-17 outage scope review, capitol and O&M cost projections, man-loading and safe execution of the work. Responsible for managing all outage activities; interface and obtain alignment between the production supervisors and key Entergy personnel to effectively implement the outage schedule. Coordinate, track and validate schedule adherence. This outage produced over 200,000 direct craft man-hours without an OSHA Recordable or Lost Time Accident.

Area Building Manager; assigned to the National Enrichment Facility (NEF) as an Area Building Manager to oversee the construction and turnover for the Centrifuge Receiving and Distribution Building (CRDB). Responsible for managing all aspects of construction, testing, and turnover activities, interface with production managers and key stakeholders to effectively communicate organizational support needs (Engineering assistance, QC assistance, etc.) ensuring compliance with all necessary procedural requirements to support construction IAW all safety requirements, design requirements, schedule expectations, cost estimates, and quality requirements

Consultant: responsible for the development of task cost and scheduling responsibilities relating to pre-outage planning scope development and Work Breakdown Structure. These duties included interaction with Mirant supervision, station maintenance personal and contractors in the scoping development and assignment of resources. Other critical duties included outage implementation, project status reporting, track field changes, utilization of project control, risk assessment, work order planning, contingency planning and final outage closeout.

Litigation Support; provide hands on operational and technical support for construction litigation. Assist law firms and client contractors with claim development and defense strategies by organizing and reviewing project documents using litigation management software. Assist project and legal teams mediation, arbitration and/or trial strategies including in depth reviews of project electronic mail and files, project re-creation including interviews with project personnel, assembly of exhibits, deposition preparation and, witness and trial outlines.

MYRpower, Inc. representative responsible for the safe execution of a 90 million dollar mechanical contract at the 810 MW Lake Road Generating Station, located in Killingly, CT. This facility consisted of 3-Combined Cycle Units, each containing an Alstom Power GT-24 heavy-duty gas turbine. Scope of Work included the installation of Main Process and BOP piping systems. Provided leadership and over-site for project planning, scheduling, system turnover package completion and the safe execution of the work. MYRpowers’ executive responsible for interface with the Alstom Power Inc., PG&E and the Connecticut Building Trades.

Project Manager; assigned by Fischbach Corporations, a subsidiary of American International Group (AIG) to provide hands-on, multi-project evaluations, resolving operational issues and providing operational perspective to CEO. These duties required direct involvement in completing problem projects including implementation of field audits and recovery actions. Responsible for field personnel enhancements where necessary in order to increase overall accountability and production. Projects included: $30 million dollar HVAC (including Power Plant) design build subcontract for Southwoods State Prison, a 3000 bed Medium Security Detainment Center for the New Jersey Department of Corrections, $20 million dollar General Contract to build a 100 MGD Water Pumping Station, the largest for Baltimore City, MD and; A 30 million dollar General Contract to build a 12 MGD Water Treatment Facility for Spotsylvania County in Fredericksburg, VA.
