Oversaw an Electric Vehicle Supply Equipment (EVSE) company’s Supply Chain, Installation Partner Relations, Training, Charger Network, Customer Support, Software Needs and Facilities Management. I developed processes and systems that tracked all purchases, bidding, plans, tracking, inventory, and warehouse layout I standardized our onboarding process for Installation Partners setting expectations for their work product and verifying all insurance and licensing prior to onboarding. I evaluated equipment, suppliers and manufacturers and equipment used in our installations company wide. Created over 100 training modules that dealt with all aspects of EVSE electrical and civil installation, quality control, safety, software, and accounting for the company’s Operations department. Managed both our customer support area and our charger network. Coordinated with our Software Engineers through the development of our in house Envirocore software to established needs, evaluate processes and track version developments. We also moved into a 10,000 ft HQ where I was responsible for the facilities contracts and maintenance.

Managed the installation of $2.5 million dollars of Level 3 and 2 Electric Vehicle Charging stations. This process included the design, engineering, permitting, contracting, quality control, inspection, utility coordination, commissioning, and closeout. Established working procedures for the entire company. Took on additional responsibilities which lead to a promotion of General Manager.

Opened a new Squash facility with 5 singles and one doubles court housing the A+ Kids program. Worked with the contractor on the punch list, established maintenance programs, set up billing and software systems, installed commercial mesh networks, set access and security controls, and assisted coaching the A+ and Westminster squash teams.

Designed and developed local and national campaigns using direct mail and email. Responsible for YP’s 3 largest revenue accounts. Planned, estimated and managed specialized marketing projects outside the scope of normal production. Consulted on design and function of YP’s self-serve web-based marketing software and performed Alpha and Beta tested functions.

Awarded a US Utility Patent for an ultralight hammock that solves issues both unique to ultralight backpacking and hammock camping in general. Preparing for distribution in 2025.

Brought all outside mailings services in house, managed the department and expanded capabilities. Oversaw all daily purchases and negotiated contracts. Managed the FSC (Forest Service Council) certification process.

Raised funds by soliciting corporate and alumni donors to support the construction of the Information Sciences and Technology Building. Established and maintained relationships with Oracle, Lucent, Allstate, AIG and many other leading national corporate partners. Prepared and delivered major gift proposals and identified/researched additional potential donors. Organized a comprehensive marketing and development plan; created and maintained prospect tracking and reporting processes.

Consulted with clients on Retirement Plan design and structure. Administered 401K, 457, Defined Benefit, Target Benefit and Money Purchase Plans. Drafted and oversaw IRS approval process of the firm’ profit sharing prototype plan. Perform Trust Accounting, administrative, legal, actuarial, and record keeping services. Developed Excel spreadsheets to perform all record keeping and allocation functions of retirement plan administration, including discrimination testing that linked to participant level statements. Evaluated pension software for the firm. Additionally acted as network administrator responsible for maintaining, installing and troubleshooting internal IT.
