I provide an on-site programmatic support role with government customers in the Propulsion Lab within the Army’s Combat Capabilities Development Center (CCDC) located on Redstone Arsenal. I monitor and status schedules for several programs and support technical activities as a representative to the weapon system integrated product team for a DARPA co-sponsored program developing booster concepts for a hypersonic missile system.I have also been given management responsibilities over the mechanical engineering team at Monte Sano Research. I oversee 4 engineers in their support of various customers within CCDC’s labs and track their tasking and budgeting with corporate staff.

Responsible for the day to day management and oversight of all Stratolaunch Aircraft related activities. This includes management of the company’s activities regarding the development, testing, and operation of the Carrier Aircraft including management and direction for offsite employees, consultants, and contractors.

Director of the Kratos Special Operations Training Services Group (KSOTS-G). "The Group" develops and presents high risk incident management subject training/advice for the civilian law enforcement and counter terrorism professional as well as specialized products directed towards security applications within business, education and the private sector. In addition KSOTS-G provides the public at large with a wide variety of specialized training programs to include firearms/marksmanship and personal security/defense. I also provide Program and Technical Management support to Stratolaunch Systems - A Paul G. Allen Project. Coordinating technical and programmatic activities on the Carrier Aircraft development and fabrication.

As Division Manager, I monitored programs under the responsibility of other PMs to ensure all programs were on track and resolved conflicts in priority and staffing. I also had direct PM responsibilities for several projects and programs. I coordinated and supported field and flight testing as well as data collection activities and sensor integration efforts for ground-based and rotary-wing platforms on military ranges across the country.

From 2005 until 2010, I served as Chief Engineer for the NLOS-T missile/UAV concept demonstration effort, culminating in a successful flight test at China Lake NAWC. I oversaw and was responsible for all technical areas of the program and had specific management responsibilities for the mechanical and propulsion groups as well as flight test coordination. I conducted design reviews, checked and verified analysis, and assisted in design, modeling, fabrication, and assembly efforts. Additionally, I managed our in-house machine shop activities. I interfaced regularly with test ranges and facilities to plan, schedule, and implement our test programs including dynamic tests, wind tunnel tests, and flight tests. I maintained Group II explosives handling certification and conduct pre-test visitor safety briefings. Prior to my Chief Engineer position, I served as the Director of the Propulsion and Structures group for the Research and Engineering division. In that role I managed a group of engineers, designers, and technicians in support of the AMRDEC Propulsion and Structures Directorate. I provided mechanical design and analysis support for the US Army Aviation and Missile Command’s new concept GMLRS Cargo Round.

Oversaw the development of Mesa Robotics' man-portable tactical vehicles. I worked closely with law enforcement and military special operations organizations to develop TTPs and train operators in the US and abroad. Prior to Mesa's venture into robotics, I was a mechanical design engineer supporting the Structures Directorate for the US Army Avaiation and Missile Command on Redstone Arsenal.
