My biggest challenge has been a small business in West Wales. I took on the Art Gallery in 2015 and created a unique environment for people to socialise at. Surrounded by Art I added a cocktail Bar and Coffee shop that expanded the businesses capabilities. We took on Staff (upto 5 during the Summer months) including a manager to help me with organising events. I hosted weddings, organised charitable events and fantastic one off Parties for Halloween and New Years. All in all a fantastic experience and has taught me the extensive skills needed to run your own business. Throughout this time my marketing skills improved greatly, handling the Facebook, Instagram and Snapchat page for the business. I learned how to use the analytics tools on these websites to make the most of advertising and also created my own Posters/Leaflets/flyers for promotions/events we ran.

I worked at Airbus UK as an Undergraduate Apprentice. Completing my External Aerospace Engineering BEng at UWE. Throughout my time as an Apprentice I worked in multiple areas throughout the business to get a broad understanding of the ins and outs of the company in Filton, Bristol. On completion of my Degree I started work as a Stress Engineer on the A320 Neo program. My time was spent analysing wing components to allow for additional loading from an upgraded engine model that was to be fitted to the new passenger short haul Aircraft.
