My role is to produce images and associated products at the best possible quality for consumers.I edit and prepare photographs for printing using Adobe Creative Cloud and Surelab. I work closely with the admin team to make sure any issues are communicated effectively, swiftly and solved as soon as possible. I liaise with suppliers to make sure our consumables are always replenished and so the printing side is always running as smoothly as possible. I use Google Suite to track orders, create spreadsheets for Photoshop edits such as using the 'variables' feature. I have created multiple different processes for order tracking using Google Forms and then monitoring the progress using Google Sheets. This is in addition to my vast and proficient knowledge of Photoshop which I use on a daily basis in my current role.I regularly communicate with customers to create original artwork and ensure it's fitting to their requirements; maximising the quality of the product they're requiring and making sure it's of the highest possible standard.I perform accurate redrawing of existing logos for large format printing, accurate data inputting for use in creating ID badges, liaising with customers via email and telephone to ascertain their requirements.I introduced canvas as a product option for customers and have trained fellow employees to produce these to a high and consistent standard.In May, my responsibilities increased to include social media content design. Incorporating my interest in graphic design with my role means I am producing original content for the business website relaunch and social media rebranding.
