I am a career intelligence and national security professional in the public and private sectors and possess an active TS/SCI/FSP clearance, and my expertise and passion lie in creating and implementing solutions to resolve counter-threat challenges. I incorporate a focus on strategic planning using analytic assessments and tactical subcomponents; on training, developing and mentoring people to achieve career aspirations and organizational goals concurrently; and on applying best practices and lessons learned gleaned from consistent collaboration with subject matter experts.Most of my background lies in the counterterrorism environment. I created and managed teams and plans to counter terrorist threats, developed and led foreign partnerships to address terrorist threats to national security, and assessed and briefed these threats during external assignments to the National Counterterrorism Center, the Terrorist Threat Integration Center, and the Federal Bureau of Investigation. I also led a team in the White House Situation Room that routinely updated the President and the NationalSecurity Council on terrorist and other national security threats.Currently (February 2024), I am an Intelligence Consultant with CACI International, Inc. In this role I provide insights, ideas and written products for CACI’s technical work for the U.S. government based on my 30-plus years in the U.S. national security community. I have served as the lead or team member on several CACI technical volumes in draft proposals, collaborating with CACI colleagues in both team- and leader-based engagements. My contributions ensure we impress upon customers our knowledge of their mission sets, organizational structure and workplace culture.
