George is an award-winning marketing and communications executive and the Global Head of Brand at Hines, one of the largest real estate investment and management firms in the world. In his current role, he advises the firm’s ownership, leadership, business lines, clients and offices worldwide on brand building, loyalty and advocacy. Previously, George led the global marketing and communications effort at Hines. Over 28 months, he significantly expanded the firm’s marcomm capacity by creating centers of excellence and global hubs in London, New York and Hong Kong. George has also overseen retail asset marketing, redevelopment and repositioning for mixed-use retail centers in Dallas, Houston and New Orleans. Outside of real estate, George is committed to philanthropic efforts in the arts. In addition to serving as board president of Stages Repertory Theatre in Houston, he is a member of the Houston Arts Alliance Advisory Council, Discovery Green Public Art Committee and the Meadows Museum Advisory Committee. He is also a board member of the Meadows Foundation, which serves the people of Texas through collaborative grantmaking and programs.
