In addition to serving as the Professor of Economics and Personal Finance at the Open University, I run a consultancy offering individual and corporate services including coach supervision, coach training, leadership coaching, financial coaching and financial wellness education. Passionate about creating a coaching culture within higher education, I developed and led the implementation of a change project in the Faculty of Arts and Social Science, The Open University. As a result, an outstanding 62 academic leaders completed coach training.
