I am a graduate of University of Guelph (B.A.), Queens University (LL. B.) and Osgoode Hall, York University (LL.M.), specializing in the field of secured transactions, insolvency and bankruptcy. My practice centres on corporate and commercial transactions, insolvency and land development (including condominiums). I act for a number of private sector enterprises, land developers, lenders and trustees and muncipal organizations.I have been a partner with HGR Graham Partners LLP (or its predecessor firms) since 1991, during which time I have assisted with the growth, devlopment and disposition of many private sector enterprises, land and condominium development projects and the organization and reorganization of various municipal corporations and not for profit organizations.I have sat on the Boards of Gryphon Theatre, Community Services Organization and the Foundation for People with Speacial Needs. I served as President of both the Greater Barrie Chamber of Commerce and Rotary Club of Barrie. I am active in local amatuer sports organizations, having coached amateur baseball and hockey; and fund raised for the YMCA Strong Kids Campaign for the past several years.
