Decker:Kimbell Art Museum Expansion - Fort Worth, TXContract Amount - $4,400,000Major expansion to existing museum facility including an underground garage, three gallery buildings and an operations tunnel connecting the existing museum. Project featured a 90,000 square foot garden roof area comprised of 11,000 cubic yards of lightweight soil and 1,800,000 board feet of rigid fill insulation. Expansion joint cover assemblies, both below grade and above grade, were abundant on the project.Cotton Bowl Restoration - Dallas, TXProject Value - $3,200,000Restoration of the historic Cotton Bowl Stadium in southeast Dallas. Project involved extensive concrete repairs within the stadium structure and seating bowl. A new cementitious coating was applied to the entire on-grade lower bowl and a polyurethane traffic coating was applied to the elevated seating decks. Over 1,000 cubic feet of concrete repairs, 200,000 square feet of deck coating and 2,400 linear feet of expansion joint covers were applied in a period of nine (9) months so stadium would be ready for college football bowl season. North Lake College – Waterproofing and Roofing Renovation - Irving, TXProject Value - $2,245,000Due to poor waterproofing installation and design by others during the original construction, numerous leaks in the brick façade created a huge problem. The project involved the removal of a large portion of the brick façade of three buildings, waterproofing replacement at the backup walls and replacement of the brick. Work also included removal and replacement of significant areas of topping slab concrete along with the waterproofing membrane below at plazas and exterior monument stairs.

Project involved close coordination with FBI and GSA representatives throughout construction leading to an on-schedule project delivery.Federal Justice Center - El Paso, TXProject Value - $11,000,000Construction of a 3-story tilt-up concrete panel office building occupied by the Federal Bureau of Investigation and Drug Enforcement Administration. The 259,000 square foot facility included general office area, secured structured parking and an automotive/radio maintenance facility.
