I have over twenty-five years of experience in the planning, design and managing of aviation, federal, roadway, transit, bridge, water resources, public works and land development projects. My portfolio includes bridge design, floodplain management, hydrologic and hydraulic analyses and the planning and design of drainage, roadway, and water and wastewater facilities, from initial development through completion. Because of my multi-disciplinary background, I am able to draw upon applicable past experiences to provide a unique outlook and solutions for infrastructure projects.
