In my current role on BlueMark's Data & Product team, I serve as both Scrum Master and Product Owner. As Scrum Master, I facilitate key Scrum ceremonies, track progress toward project objectives, and foster a collaborative, cohesive team environment. In my capacity as Product Owner, I manage stakeholder relationships, develop comprehensive product roadmaps, and oversee regular backlog refinement to ensure we are aligned with strategic business goals.I am an experienced Implementation Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the information technology and services industry. Previously, I have worked at Esade's Center for Social Impact, researching Impact Measurement and Management.I have a passion for the Impact Economy and believe it is the key to tackling social issues and promoting a new business paradigm.
