Starting with fall of 2019, I managed several projects (both Time&Material and WorkUnit type), and as result I was in charge of : * Client and contract management - client meetings, requirements clarification, scope variations management;* Budget planning - follow-up&forecast, reporting to Project Delivery Director and financial department ; * Technical vs financial progress follow-up;* Performance management - ensuring proper resources&skills are put in place at right time;* KPi follow-up ;

Main activities : * Front office with the client(s) ; * Projects framming and kick-off ; * KPI follow-up ; * Optimal tasks repartition within the team ; * Recruiting - Technical interviews ; * Training plan design and follow-up ; * Integration of newcommers within the team ;Managed two teams counting 13 members and dealing with an average of 60 projects per year.

Main activities as Electronic Architecture Design Arhitect : * Conducting studies over electrical / electronic architectures of Renault prototypes;* Managing and assuring the quality of the integration process for different functions like Stop&Start, ADAS, Selective Catalytic Reduction, etc. on prototype vehicles;* Offering technical solutions for different hardware integration problems related to desired functions;* Assuring the technical coordination between prototype client and prototype parts suppliers;* Supervising the prototype harness design process;* Writing validation plans for prototype harness;* Assuring technical support (remote or on site), during first start-up of prototype vehicles or during debugging procedures;To reach current experience I have learned and worked on different prototype projects, taking contact with co-workers all around the Renault world.
