- Being the frontline representative, based in of our partner hospitals to directly interface with families facing loss in a timely manner - Plan, lead and execute funeral services on the ground on a daily basis with the support of a small team.- Communicate with the Account Executive to receive new service requests, collect instructions and report timely updates at various steps of the funeral - Address customer needs with great attention to details and laser-focus on quality - Build relationships with the staff at the hospital among other parties and eloquently communicate our company’s mission and core values - Prepare all the tools and documents needed to meet the service requirements - Fill forms, complete paperwork and write concise notes - Handle payments and service accounting with relevant stakeholders.

- Responsible for supervising sales operations and tools from the CRM.- Responsible for the customer care operations.- Creating and developing sales reports regarding generated leads and quality control.- Responsible for the front line and sales transactions.- Implement clerical duties and administrative processes- Conduct data entry - Manage B2B & B2C direct and indirect sales. - Manage social media channels (Content, designs).- Run Facebook Ads.- Responsible for all admin related scope.- Deal with freight and shipping companies to facilitate service delivery to our clients.
