o To coordinate and overlook crew changes with fleet managers, superintendents and recruitment providers (agents)o To review proposed seafarers and give instructions for daily crew changes (back-to-back)o To Manage medical examinations and trainings required for the crewo Verify skills including training, assessments or experience of proposed seafarers and various references from previous employero Communicate with vessels.o To supervise the correct implementation of the health & safety and environmental management system (execution registers, incident reports, record of complaints and reclamations, archive of the environmental documentation applicable to the works).o To hand out documents and instructions among the seafarers and revise seafarers manual.o To participate in the purchasing and subcontracting process in accordance with the terms of the applicable health & safety and environmental procedures.o To coordinate with the external company on the management of the hazardous and non-hazardous waste on vessels.o In the event of an accident, to carry out a study of the circumstances which produced the same, inform regarding the causes of the accident and indicating if the safety measures utilized were those contemplated or if such measures were not present.o To monitor the Emergency Plan, internal communications, training of site personnel, waste management: urban solid waste, hazardous waste and container waste, etc.o To spread and publish the orders and measures adopted to achieve adequate prevention.
