Represent Tesla in a professional and responsible manner when communicating with others both inside and outside the company.• Taskforce of Wenzhou Store Opening and local market development. Role as store leader focus on Staff recruitment, Operation of the store, Sales data management, PR&BD of new store. Achieved the 1st rank nationwide 2018 Q4 of Tesla China with the target attainment.

As well as take part in for the departmental promotion planning and pricing. Actively participated in the design and execution of marketing initiatives. Trained to be commercially minded and financially aware.• Coordinate and communicate cross departmentally, between kitchen and service team, maintain a good relation with different outlets.• Assist DFB to participate the Hotel’s new lobby bar renovation assignment. Responsible for the opening of the new venue. the assignment refer to diverse tasks which includes the general design, installation of equipment, project general budgeting, ordering and purchasing for bar assets and beverage items, recruitment for new staff, coordination with the constructor, supplier and owning company.etc• Multi-tasks taker. Not only share the duty as this position but also be involved of some outside caterings, in charge of those events with “Gaggenau” “Aston Martin” “China Merchants Private Bank” “Greentown Group” etc. from the preliminary communication & marketing with organizers to the operation. Enhance the abilities of overall management and external coordination, and also to establish the public relations with those hotels potential clients.
