Coordinate immigration programs and assist foreign nationals with immigration procedures.• Oversee all aspects of the Visa and Immigration Service, ensuring that the process runs smoothly.• Interview with all clients and deal with all applications to ensure that the client is suitable for local Immigration legilation.• Completion of all relevant visa and immigration documents and ensure that they are received within the time limit set by the government.• Ensuring that all of the information provided by the client is accurate and correct, preparing and checking all legal documents.• Prepare all fee quotes and any information required by clients, colleagues or authorities.• Maintaining strong working relationships with all clients and colleagues.• Helping the clients to obtain Visas, Work Permits and other documentation required.• Responsibility of all Immigration issues and operations, updating any changes to legislation.• Training HR staff to enhance their understanding of immigration rules to help them to fulfil their roles to a high level.Key skills and qualifications of a Visa and Immigration Consultant:• Education to degree level and also any other qualifications relevant to Visa and Immigration Consultancy.• Fluent in English and experience in Immigration procedures.• Experience in lobbying.• Strong communication and negotiation skills with the client, colleagues and authorities.• Ablility to work to tight deadlines even when under pressure, whilst still being able to provide a high level of customer service.• Proficient in Microsoft Office and any other software related to Visa and Immigration Consultancy.- avoids any legal issues that may occur in relation to their relocation by assisting them to obtain visas and other related immigration documentation.- guide clients through all procedures required to ensure their successful immigration.

Assisting clients with completing documentation and acquiring all permits needed to facilitate:* Visa issuance assistance* Permanent employment, including NON-EU/UK residents* Obtaining highly skilled EU Blue Card * Obtaining residence permits for family reunification* Long stay permits * Romanian citizenship applicationsAssistance on general consular matters regarding short stay entry clearance to guidance on the grant of approvals and corresponding residence permits for secondment arrangements.Advocacy before all Romanian government agencies and consular posts Procure and authenticate documents where official documents need to be obtained and/or copies certified as true copies

*Handle full spectrum of financial and cost accounting role eg. Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, forecasting, budgeting etc *Responsible for day to day finance and accounts operations *Perform full set of accounts and ensure timely closing of accounts. *Perform project cost forecasts/budgets, cost tracking, monitoring and controls. *Responsible for timely monthly consolidated financial statements, payments, cash-flow management reporting*Review & approve payment vouchers & journal entries *Perform cash flow forecasting, budgeting and working closely with the operations and project teams in analyzing margins, variances and cost analysis. *Issue project cost reports for review and approval. *Develop and maintain internal control and effective accounting system and policies for the set up. *Support CFO in ensuring that inter-company cost allocations are in line with management agreements and transfer pricing policy *Establish and maintain systems for cost-sensitivity analysis and early-warning of cost-overruns *Consultative work with various departments on cost reduction initiatives *Initiate market research and evaluate the results, future sales forecasting*Identify new sales opportunities
