Worked with a variety of other local, state, and out-of-state agencies to complete the investigations of assigned cases. Investigations included an array of circumstances from "just occurred" single incident to multiple organized group incidents / crimes. Investigations include: interviewing of victims, witnesses, and suspects to gather information relating to the crime(s); coordinating investigative efforts with internal and external entities; and maintaining comprehensive case files on the investigation for prosecution in court. Certified Field Training Officer / Detective providing and implemented training programs for new Street Officers and new Detectives. As a Master Patrol Officer / Senior Detective, in the absence of a supervisor, assumed the responsibility as supervisor in charge of Officers / Detectives. Responsibilities include case assignments, management of cases, and accept, review, and approve reports and case files.
