There is a team of over 110 people with offices in London, Paris, New York, Moscow, Sao Paolo and Warsaw and realises a Group turnover in excess of £80m• Managing the group treasury Including monitoring cash balances and reserves as well as buying and selling currencies and preparing daily consolidated cash position for the Group CFO• Preparing weekly consolidated bank reports for group CFO and CEO• Managing month end process including posting journals, accruals, prepayment and also year-end revaluations of balances and reversals etc.• Processing intercompany transactions and ensuring they are reconciled monthly• Overseeing AP and AR function and providing support when teams are holiday• Ownership of fixed asset register, ensuring costs are capitalised correctly per IFRS and posting depreciation journals monthly• Assisting with year-end audit for the group and main contact for audit of foreign subsidiary• Monthly overhead cost analysis, monitoring and control• Preparing quarterly royalty report (for companies such as Warner bros, Disney etc.)• Preparing foreign VAT and Intrastat• Bank reconciliations
