I have been a mortgage professional for 19 years, mainly as a loan originator and as an assistant for the last 7 years. I assisted with but not limited to taking applications, collecting credit documents, running AUS and organizing pre-approved clients. For more involved applications I processed income calculations ahead of contract to ensure a closed unit would ensue. In 2020 we closed 292 loans together with processing for $92M in volume. I reviewed our pipeline twice a week with processing to identify any issues and also coordinated conference calls with underwriting to resolve them. I feel I would be an excellent candidate to be a loan processor as I am very familiar with every step of the home loan life cycle. As much as I was an assistant to a loan officer, I was equally categorized as production manager as I worked very closely with operations.
