Feb 2008 to July 2008 located in Nigeria for six month dedicated to a temp. crash program for Etisalat project.- Maintain & provide a proper reporting to EMEA management.- Identify the high cost element driving the project to loss, analyze it and provide recommendations & solutions to EMEA management that lead to margin improvement.- Ensure actual cost is following the initial project budget on all HC & financial levels. - Collaborate with different teams and PMs to collect financial data, analyze it and produce a final Benchmark P&L of the project on real life basis.

- Preparing & developing the company annual cost budget & achieve budget objectives by establishing schedules, collecting, analyzing, and consolidating financial data - Ensure budget objectives Achievement by scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances & initiate corrective actions - Review all country & projects including 3rd party POs and ensure the initial projects and country budget is well maintained. - Interact & synchronize between accounting, operation & collection to maintain the proper cash flow and strict receivables.

- Coordinate and liaise with the international funds & banks to allocate orders (buy/sell).- Communicate orders to local brokers and follow-up with for real time execution.- Provide daily balance statement to customers and review orders value vs. actual.- Analyze all unachieved orders and provide analysis to customers along with real time market prices at time of order.
