Senior Product Manager & Business Project Manager of Investment Advisory Sales Tool, Asset Gathering Division, Alpha Bank Main Duties as Senior Product Manager: - Search and select the new Structured Products offerings - Lead the product selection team and promote efficiency in SP sales - Prepare the new SP offering’s documentation - Supervise the implementation of legal-compliant offering processes - Promote product offering through various initiatives (sales rallies/refresher trainings etc.) - Monitor the SP portfolio and support the Sales Staff - Follow the SP global industry and seek for new product ideas - Investigate the appetite of the retail business for other types of SPs (Market Linked Deposits, Reverse Convertibles, Credit Linked Notes etc.)Main Duties as Business Project Manager of Investment Advisory Sales Tool: - Define business requirements and system specifications - Ensure legal compliance of the investment advisory sales process - Supervise and fine-tune system implementation as per business requirements - Perform and supervise UAT - Deliver training and support to end users • Responsible for the ongoing assessment and amelioration of the systemOther Duties: • Project owner for the Investment Sales Policy for the retail business • Business representative for the Implementation of MiFID II/MiFIR & PRIIPS• Deliver investment products (MFs & SPs) training to Sales Staff

- Responsible for the launch of Structured Notes offerings, monitor the SN Portfolio and support Sales network. Prepare the new SN offerings documentation, produce and comunicate the monthly Corporate Actions deck and Relationship Managers to all related queries.- Sales Tool training and support to end users. Responsible for the ongoing assessment and amelioration of the system so as to fulfill business needs.- Prepare and deliver training sessions: Retail Investment Certification and Re-certification, Bank of Greece Certification, Investments Advisory Sales Tool and ad hoc trainings.- Local Project owner of Investment Product Risk (IPR) project. Supervise the implementation of IPR project for the GR business- Undertake ad hoc projects
