Responsibilities include oversight of 6 department budgets, database administration, banking and treasury reconciliations. Additionally, I review and approve financial statements for all 4 Foundations and assist Executive Directors with strategic planning of resources. I manage and direct all gift processing for online and offline donations to Foundations and I report to the President of Seton Foundations.

Responsibilities include managing daily operations of our gift processing and database administration teams as well as oversee reporting and metrics for upper management to assist with financial forecasting and data trends. Additional responsibilities include supporting our Finance department and Grant Team with audit compliance support and review ongoing QA of our internal processes to identify areas for process improvement.

Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:- Manage the quality assurance activities for multiple projects, software releases, and sustainment throughout the software development and test phases.- Provide consulting on quality assurance methodologies.- Provide status report information, escalates issues and problems demanding management attention and resolution.- Mentor and direct other quality assurance analysts, promoting teambuilding and professional development.- Ensure requirements and design artifacts undergo reviews to proactively validate appropriate applicability, accuracy, feasibility, usability, clarity, and testability.- Manage the development and maintenance of quality assurance test plans, scenarios, cases and scripts.- Monitor progress of testing and make necessary changes to test plans, cases and scripts to ensure that quality standards and production deadlines are met.- Responsible for defining and maintaining quality assurance testing best practices, initiates and documents processes and procedures improvements.- Lead the continuous improvement of quality assurance practices, tools and methodologies. Assess impacts on related business, functional, development and test teams. Researches and recommends new technologies and methods.- Monitor and communicate progress of overall quality assurance activities and recommends changes to the strategies and processes to ensure that quality standards and practices are being followed.- Lead and manage data, environment and configuration requirements.-Track and quantify change management metrics for upper management through report analysis and ITIL methodologies
