At Orange County Winwater as an Estimator I work on residential, comercial and public works projects doing takeoffs for water, sewer and storm drain materials.

With G. Gonzalez Consulting Inc I help small underground pipeline companies with estimating all the water, sewer, storm drain and dry utilities. Providing a breakdown of the scope of work and pricing on all materials, subcontractors, etc.

Started Southern California Construction Institute to teach those wanting to learn or expand their knowledge on how to read the basics of construction plans. Wether thats architectural or civil. I will show you how to read the cover page, what information is on the cover page, how to find your trade, what the symbols mean, what are construction notes, addendums and how to know what codes and specifications to follow.
