Work with the Engineering department to seek out and retrieve technical information required to develop accurate manuals and training material for the project. Using the procured technical information, develop accurate, detailed Operation & Maintenance (O&M) manuals, instructor guides, and classroom presentations that are delivered to support projects and products on an as-assigned basis.Submit developed manuals and training material for Editorial and Peer review as described in Technical Publications & Training process and make updates as needed.

MAJOR DUTIES:Monitoring, mentoring, correcting and supervising a primary group of employees whose performance must be effectively monitored. Supervise Train Operators, Station Managers, Interlocking Operators as required supervise Division/Depot Clerks to ensure adherence to safety rules, policies, procedures, system schedule and appropriate conduct by rail operations staff.Performs inspections to ensure employees maintain proper attendance and fit for duty to perform their assigned duties.
