This includes but is notlimited to Sales, Marketing, Financial Accounting, Purchasing, Plant Scheduling, Plant Production, Quality Assurance, Shipping and Maintenance. He is accountable for and measured on the companyʼs ability to achieve its monthly, quarterly, and annual financial objectives. He has been responsible for the consistent revenue growth and profitability year over year by developing a strategic plan to accomplish this and then implement the plan through tactical execution by utilizing and maximizing the resources of the company. The company was purchased in January of 2009 by a group of investors led by Mr. Guerra, retaining the original name recognition in the markets it has served for over 40 years.The company is a leader in the Thermoforming of plastics for a wide variety of markets including Transportation, Medical, Electronics and Industrial. The companyʼs Thermoforming expertise exists in Vacuum Forming and Pressure Forming of plastics. Fabrication and Assembly is a key service that the Company offers its customers. This includes such finishing touches as bonding, inserting,deburring and paint shielding. Quality Assurance is a foundation for growth and customersatisfaction among all the employees of the company. The company is certified as ISO 9001:2000 and has also received its AERO Certification in 2011.The Engineering Department is another important value add the company provides to its customers. He has been engaged at all levels of performance in his professional commitments, from project level, directing task force teams, to and including Chief Executive Officer.His primary activities were in the areas of real estate development and construction including property acquisitions, land planning, marketing, financial analysis, and mortgage financing. He has been a principal in and a consultant to enterprises which have developed, designed, financed andconstructed office buildings, parking garages, medical facilities, shopping centers, multi-family housing, hotels and a variety of other projects.
