Product manager for the the firm’s Liquidity management platform, Global Liquidity Reporting System (GLRS), overseeing implementations related to Citi’s Recovery and Resolution Planning (RRP) and Liquidity and Resolution Capital Reporting. Spearheaded several Liquidity transformation initiatives covering both External/Regulatory and Internal/Management reporting metrics (FR2052a/LCR/NSFR/RLAP/RLEN/RCAP/RCEN). In-depth knowledge of policy interpretation, data transformation (ETL), assumption application, data aggregation, regulatory submission, and UI/UX design. Migrated all Internal Liquidity Stress Testing (ILST) reporting to the new GLRS infrastructure leveraging strategic data sources, more granular and accurate data, and brand-new business intelligence tool (Tableau) to support advanced, real-time analytical needs within 12 months.

Oversaw Citi’s expense allocation system/process for the O&T organization, leading PM/BA resources responsible for capability delivery and platform optimization. SME role on data sourcing, database design, data transformation (ETL), process automation, and data reconciliation. Upheld program/project management standards and governance structure to streamline processes and establish best practices to reduce inefficiency. Delivered SQL server-based solution to automate the Amortization forecast and billing process, reducing the processing time from 4 days to 1 hour.

Designed and implemented Citi’s Project Tracking System (PTS-W) and QlikView-based business intelligence dashboards to provide comprehensive yet intuitive business expense related insights required to support better decision making and drive profitability by the businesses and senior management. Led a team of onshore/offshore developers as the Technology Implementation Lead for automating Citi’s O&T Balance-sheet Expense Allocation process. Advisory role on data sourcing, data transformation (ETL), process automation, system integration, and Straight Through Processing (STP).

Optimized donor reporting process resulting in 250 FTE hours save on a monthly basis leveraging VBA, Business Objects (BO), and SQL developments. Initiated and ensured continuous process improvements to eliminate process duplications and data quality issues.

Oversaw 3 main program grants spending and identified projected surplus/deficits. Supported budget development for new grant proposals and ensured all financial activities are in line with grantor and university policies.

Helped to implement firm's Non-Personnel Expenses (NPE) tracking platform for the Fixed Income business following the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) of requirements gathering, SIT/UAT, and production release. Developed executive presentations for senior forums including department/business heads and CIO. Analyzed, reconciled, and reported on personnel profiles, time tracking, and technology project information leveraging VBA and Business Objects (BO) queries.

Performed Internal Audit and Data Quality Assurance responsibilities for the Budget vs. Actual and Actual vs. Actual reconciliations for the company's Accounts Payable financial accounts. Led and coordinated PeopleSoft adaptation and training initiatives across offices.
