I am 36 years old, driven and trustworthy. I am a quick learner and excel in working under pressure. All my working career I have worked with the general public. I like to go above and beyond and always work to hit any targets set. I am currently employed by Merseyrail and I have been for 12 years. I originally started as a Station Assistant. My duties involved customer safety, customer service,ticket gate control and fire regulations. After 15 months in this role I got promoted to a Revenue Protection Officer and I am still performing this role to a high level to this day. After nearly 11 years in this role I have decided to explore a,different role within the company amd I am now training as a Train Guard.In previous Employment I worked for The Carphone Warehouse, i gained alot of knowledge and skills with how to work with the general public during my time here. I was trusted enough to help manage a store at times when management were away. My duties would include providing a service to a customer to ensure they left with the best deal that suited them or any other needs they may have, Cash handling and working towards targets.At this present time i am open to a new job opportunity.
