Leasing ProfessionalMaa 2017 - 2021Post Hyde ParkDuring this period, I did an almost identical job for four different property management companies, here combined for brevity: MAA, ECI Groups, TRG Property Management, and ZRS Management. For the initial 3-12 month lease-up phase of four separate properties, I marketed and closed leases for newly constructed luxury apartment complexes. Once the property was leased up and there was nothing left to market, our leasing team would move on to another property that was entering the lease-up phase.The properties I leased became progressively more upscale, culminating in Heron Residences, Water Street. This was a $3.5B mixed-use, luxury waterfront development in downtown Tampa with Bill Gates as a key investor. I personally leased almost one third of its 300 units. A few other highlights of this period include my individually generating up to $750K a month in lease revenue, maintaining an average closing ratio of 45%, and closing a record 30 leases in a single month.
