I oversaw an asset based logistics company with over 100 active units. I maintained relationships with hundreds of freight forwarders, brokers, direct customers, and freight agents throughout the United States. I built an expertise in truckload and warehouse operations with LTL and inter-modal transit. I implemented TruckMate Worldwide truck management software, created a functioning workflow and optimized it over 4 years, trained a staff of 35 logistics coordinators, accountants, and administrators on how to use it. I collected data and analyzed our work to leverage better work efficiency. I also built and maintained the servers, network, computers and other technologies on my own for 5 years.
